Alice is a co-founder and Director of 4Sight and oversees the company's climate change and sustainability services, provides oversight of the Land and Water Quality, and Environmental Risk teams, and is the Māori Sector Lead. She consults on environmental management matters for local government, iwi and private clients.

As an Environmental Engineer, her technical specialty lies in assessing and managing the environmental impact of pollutant discharges on land quality, water quality and communities. In addition, she champions and has presented on Vision 2050 a Sustainable Business Council initiative to transform New Zealand business and create a more sustainable New Zealand by 2050.

Alice is a trustee of the board for the not for profit registered charity that governs the Tread Lightly Caravan (TLC). A mobile environmental classroom, full of interactive exhibits that visits schools and community events to inspire young New Zealanders to live a more sustainable life.
