Anna uses her industry and consulting experience to provide risk-based, cost-effective, solutions to environmental issues.

Anna is Ōtautahi Regional Manager and a Principal Environmental Consultant.

Anna is a pragmatic, solution-focused, environmental professional who has worked in the contaminated land field for over 25 years. She has direct experience both in industry and for environmental consultancies. The vast majority of her experience has revolved around providing innovative solutions to contaminated land issues, and she prides herself on being able to determine out of the box, risk-based remedial solutions that ensure the beneficial reuse of materials on contaminated sites.

Her expertise includes investigation and remediation of contaminated sites, with a particular emphasis on asbestos in soil and petroleum hydrocarbon sites, having previously been responsible for the environmental management of a network of oil terminals, service stations and truck stops managing investigations, remedial works and closures as required.

Her passion is sustainable remediation, and she is skilled at designing, scoping and overseeing remedial methodologies that are suitable for the future use of a site. She actively tries to find beneficial reuse of material at sites through a sound understanding of the site conceptual site model, thoughtful scoping of works, and good on-site practices.

As a Christchurch native, Anna was pleased to be able to contribute to the Canterbury rebuild by applying her skills and experience to allow for land to be cleared in a cost-effective manner and appropriately redeveloped.

Anna is an established supporter and contributor to the local environment industry and has mentored many of the industries professionals. She has attended and contributed at both Wasteminz and ALGA conferences and forums nationally. She is a long time member of National Groundwater Association and is an ALGA member. She is also a Certified Environmental Practitioner - site contamination specialist.

Her knowledge and rapport with clients in the industry are invaluable to our team, and when she's not in our Christchurch office or out in the field, you will find her enjoying the great outdoors - most likely walking, paddle boarding, or mountain biking.
