Do you want to join a New Zealand consultancy that is just a little bit different? We’re looking for an Asbestos Consultant that is up for a challenge and keen to get involved with a diverse range of environmental management services and projects across New Zealand.

Based in Auckland, working alongside a vibrant team, the successful candidate will be assisting us in maintaining and growing 4Sight’s vision for the Environmental Services team and our market reach by providing exceptional client and project management services to our expanding client base.

You will already have a demonstrated aptitude in all aspects of environmental consulting, including the ability to work independently in the field, collate and compile data into accurate deliverables, and skills in working alongside contractors and clients.

We have a diverse mix of clients so having great interpersonal skills is key with a calm and confident communication style.  You will be resilient and be able to adapt your approach whilst having a good sense of humour, a strong work ethic and skills to work collaboratively within a highly motivated team.  It is important that you have an aptitude for business development as you are the face of 4Sight onsite.

Your key responsibilities would include:

  • Working closely alongside and in collaboration with 4Sight staff, clients, asset owners and property partners to conduct field work, including conducting asbestos surveys, and providing asbestos supervision and clearance;

  • Providing sound technical advice on best practice solutions and creating positive outcomes for our clients; and

  • Preparation of technical reports and management plans.

We’re a planning and environmental consultancy that embraces sustainable and environmental excellence and leadership in our wide-ranging projects. We’re committed to finding the best people in the industry to help guide our company into the future because it’s the people that make us who we are and set us apart from the competition.

So, if you’re interested, have what it takes and want to work for an established, but still growing New Zealand owned, award-winning consultancy, please apply here. For more information or to have a confidential discussion, please contact Nigel Mather, Environmental Services Manager, by email (nigelm@4sight.co.nz) or mobile 021 612 799.
