Austin joined 4Sight in December 2022 as a Graduate Environmental Consultant, based in the Auckland office.   

 

Austin supports the hazardous materials aspect of the wider Environmental Services team. He is involved in planning and undertaking asbestos surveys, air monitoring, and support / advice in the overall management of asbestos projects. Prior to 4Sight, Austin gained experience as an asbestos consultant covering asbestos identification, sampling / surveying and clearances and working with air monitoring consultants. He gained a Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in Biology, Ecology and Environmental Science in 2021.  

 

Being able to directly impact and improve people’s health while also taking care of the environment, drives Austin to succeed in his role.   

 

With a love of the outdoors to try new activities and meet new people, Austin enjoys archery, going mountain biking, and playing tennis of which he also manages a team.
