Do you have
A minimum 2 years of Accounts Administration experience
Experience in AR, AP, GST, payroll and finance administration
High attention to detail and accuracy
A friendly, and communicative personality with the ability to build rapport across the business
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
Intermediate level skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
We are looking for an Accounts Administrator who is a natural and enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively to deliver outstanding results. You will have proven experience in accounting functions including; Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, credit control and finance administration.
You will be IT savvy and quick to pick up new systems and seek to improve existing ones. Previous experience with Xero and Workflow Max would be advantageous but not essential. This role would suit a proactive, engaging, self-motivated and organised person who will enjoy contributing to a fun, professional working environment.
