Charlie joined 4Sight in January 2023 as an Environmental Consultant in the Environmental Services team based in Auckland. Charlie conducts site investigations, sampling and reporting works for contaminated sites within the Auckland region and supports the wider national Environmental Services team to deliver project-based work. He provides expertise and advice to clients on a wide range of contaminated land and environmental issues. 

 

Charlie has been learning and gaining knowledge within the hazardous materials industry since 2019, and has experience conducting small to large scale asbestos related projects and providing tailored solutions.  He holds a Worksafe Approved Asbestos Assessing Licence, and obtained a BOHS IP 402, BOHS IP 404 certification following achieving a degree in Ecology and Environmental Science from the University of Auckland.  

 

Alongside working full-time, Charlie has a small start up that sells home compostable poop bags for pets to other like-minded pet owners. Outside of his work commitments, Charlie spends his time with his two boys and enjoys going rock climbing and playing board games.
