CHRISTINA USES HER EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, EFFICIENCY AND PASSION FOR LAND USE PLANNING TO ENSURE CLIENTS ARE PROVIDED WITH SUPERIOR ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGHOUT ALL PLANNING PROCESSES.

With an extensive history in both local government and the planning and regulatory environment, Christina joined the 4Sight team in August 2019 and has progressed to a Principal Planner and Manager of the Hamilton office. During her time at 4Sight, Christina has worked on the consenting of a range of complex projects including significant renewable energy projects, including on one of New Zealand’s largest solar farms, the Tauhei Solar Farm.

Previously working as a Senior Planner for KTB Planning Consultants and as a Consents Planner at Waipa District Council, Christina is experienced in managing legislative requirements for planning applications, including for mixed-use developments, urban and greenfield subdivisions, rural, industrial, commercial and residential developments and has represented a range of clients in hearing and environment court proceedings. 

 

Throughout her career, she has established lasting relationships with key stakeholders across various professions throughout the Waipa and Waikato areas. Her superb customer-focused approach, means clients are always fully informed of the process, requirements, risks, and opportunities associated with their project.
