Danielle Petricevich

Focusing on building strong relationships and supporting clients through the planning process, Danielle works towards achieving positive environmental outcomes.

Danielle joined 4Sight in November 2022 as a Principal Planning and Policy Consultant in the Planning team, based in our Tauranga office. Her role involves undertaking planning assessments for consent proposals and processing complex resource consents for regional councils.

With 10 years’ planning experience in a local government setting, Danielle has extensive experience in regional consent planning and has input into Regional Plan Changes and implementation working at Council, having previously worked at the Bay of Plenty Regional Council and Southland Regional Council. She specialises in regional natural resources planning, involving regional activities, from coastal activities to water takes and discharges. Working at Council equipped Danielle with detailed knowledge of the NES-F and NPS-FM and the implementation of these and she has had the opportunity to attend Council hearings and work in plan change project teams, with a focus on plan and policy implementation.

Joining the industry with an interest in the environment, Danielle quickly began to love the planning aspects of her role. She enjoys the wide variety of activities and projects that she can be involved with and contribute to positive environmental outcomes.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time at the beach with her family, camping and finding new places to explore around the Bay of Plenty.
