​​Working closely alongside our  Directors and Managing Director, Debbie joined the 4Sight team in January 2021 as our People Manager. 

Debbie has worked in Human Resources for over 25 years in a variety of industries and countries including, the United Kingdom, Australia, America, and New Zealand. She is particularly passionate about helping businesses achieve their strategic goals through their people, and really enjoys working within the infrastructure and planning space, as she can learn so much from the expertise around her.

At 4Sight, she is responsible for developing and enhancing the employee experience from entry to exit and ensuring that the people strategy supports the achievement of the overall business strategy. She is a firm believer that organisations are only as good as their people. Therefore, the employee experience within a business must be one where staff can thrive - a key priority, in her opinion.

A bit of a bookworm, when she's not in the office, she loves to travel, enjoys good food and good wine, pilates, and de-stressing with her two fur-baby cats!
