With well over a decade of experience, Steve is passionate about two things - ecology and cycling.
Steve joined the team from Ryder Environmental (now part of 4Sight Consulting) in March 2022 as a Senior Ecologist based in our Dunedin office.
Steve has worked as a consultant ecologist on terrestrial and wetland systems since 2005 and has undertaken assessments of ecological effects for a range of activities, including airports, residential subdivisions, irrigation schemes, wind and hydroelectric energy schemes, cycle trails, afforestation, ski fields, and industrial and quarry developments.
In his spare time, Steve is a keen road cyclist, braving 6 am Saturday morning starts (rain or shine, throughout the entire year) for the local 'Phantom' ride on Otago Peninsula.
