LIZ PROVIDES ECOLOGICAL ADVICE TO PROTECT AND RESTORE OUR NATIVE ECOSYSTEMS, AND MITIGATE ECOLOGICAL IMPACTS

Liz joined 4Sight in July 2022 as a Principal Ecologist in the Ecology team, based in the Auckland office. Liz provides expert ecological advice on various projects to assess impacts, as well as recommendations to reduce and mitigate potential impacts, and restore and enhance our native ecosystems.

 

With over 16 years’ experience as a consultant, Liz has worked on a range of ecosystems, including bush, stream, wetland and coastal environments, in rural and urban settings. She has experience leading a team and working on large multidisciplinary projects involving various specialists, private companies and local government. She also has extensive experience preparing ecological impact assessments, as well as mitigation and restoration plans.

 

Liz is inspired by developments in science and developing her knowledge further. She is passionate about protecting and restoring our native ecosystems and helping others achieve the same goal.

 

Living in New Zealand and being surrounded by nature is where Liz feels at home. She has explored our country with regular camping and caravan adventures, and also enjoys travelling abroad to discover new cultures and historic sites.
