It is People, it is people, it is people.
Emma strongly believes if you put people at the heart of your organisation, the business outcomes will grow and flourish.

Emma is a People and Culture leader with over 15 years’ experience in strategic business partnering.  She has a passion for building high-performing teams, developing leadership capability, nurturing and growing talent and organisation culture.  She thrives on seeing the benefits of investment in people and culture to create a high-performing organisation.

Being physically and mentally well is important to Emma, and she enjoys running, the occasional weight workout and has completed some of the great walks around Aotearoa.

Emma is interested in New Zealand culture and has recently started to learn te reo Māori to understand more about Te Tiriti o Waitangi and te ao Māori.
