Esther started with the 4Sight team in September 2020 as a Planning and Policy Consultant in our Hamilton office.

Esther provides extensive knowledge and understanding of relevant legislative requirements to assist clients with resource consent processing and policy reviews. She also provides planning advice for clients on various projects, including land use and subdivision developments, and assists with the preparation and lodgment of resource consent applications. 

 

Her previous experience includes working as a Planner for Queenstown Lakes District Council, processing a broad range of resource consents. She has also worked for Thomas Consultants in Auckland.

An intermediate member of the New Zealand Planning Institute, Esther has a Master of Planning and a Bachelor of Commerce. She is passionate about utilising her planning skills to improve the wellbeing of communities and the environment.

When she's not in the office, you can find Esther spending time with her family, doing DIY and getting outdoors with her two dogs.
