Are you an experienced finance professional keen to develop and learn with a growing New Zealand company? Are you looking for something that is just a little bit different? We’re looking for a savvy Finance Manager who is wanting to be part of driving business change and growth, can confidently use finance and business performance metrics to advise our senior leaders, and ensure all the required financial processes are delivered efficiently and automated where possible.

This role will be leading a small team of finance professionals but will be required to get hands-on with the finance operations as needed. You will be managing the usual finance processes, including Payroll, but will get involved in process improvements, asset management, acquisitions, and Board reporting and interactions. A key part of this role will be assisting our consultants with project financials, invoicing and client requests.

This is an exciting opportunity to truly get involved with the business and work with our talented teams across Business Support and professional services.

You will already have demonstrated experience in all aspects of effective financial management, tax and payroll legislation and guidelines, including the ability to work collaboratively with others. You will naturally be curious and look for better, smarter and more efficient ways of working, but will understand the need to work sensitively with others on process and business improvements.

We are a growing business where no two days will be the same, so you will need to be comfortable working in a fluid environment. You will be change focused, resilient and be able to adapt your approach whilst having a good sense of humour, a strong work ethic and the skills to work collaboratively within a highly motivated team.
