A Principal Planning Consultant at 4Sight, Georgina has over 15 years’ experience in planning from previous roles here in New Zealand and abroad in the U.K.

 

Having worked in both local authority and consultancy roles, her key expertise include successfully obtaining consents and designations for complex projects, policy analysis and submission presentations of planning evidence and appeals. She has been involved in a wide range of work including strategic infrastructure projects, large scale land use schemes, subdivision, freshwater and coastal consents. Specialist matters addressed include hazardous substances, contaminated land, natural hazards, stormwater and development in sensitive environments such as outstanding natural landscapes, coastal environments and sites with cultural value.

 

She has a thorough understanding of the statutory process and is a dynamic thinker, and like all of us here at 4Sight, feels that achieving the best results for our clients and the environment is absolutely essential.
