"From my first day, 4Sight has shown a willingness to put time and resources into my learning, which has allowed me to thrive."

Create your own career path, where you can explore, discover and be empowered.

hear what our current grads have to say.

We provide our Grads with the opportunity to thrive.

They learn first-hand from the best Consultants in the business, as well as from a variety of training, to help bridge the gap between tertiary study and becoming a Consultant.

Through exposing our Grads to a wide range of projects across private, public, and iwi, they quickly gain experience and discover which areas they prefer to take their career path.

“I’ve really enjoyed working at 4Sight as a Grad, they’ve been super welcoming and such a great team to work with, and they’ve provided me with so much opportunity.”

Matthew Gordon, Graduate Environmental Consultant

Sophie Brocklesby

"I was immediately drawn to 4Sight due to its Aotearoa heritage and the way the company honours Te Tiriti O Waitangi in all aspects of its work. I particularly like the multidisciplinary context of 4Sight, which provides the opportunity to work within multiple sectors and collaborate with a variety of people."

Sophie Brocklesby, Graduate Planning and Policy Consultant

"4Sight has been the perfect landing spot for me. Whether it’s a new project, playing touch rugby for the office, a company celebration, or an after-work drink on Friday with the team – every day is a little different. The company has a strong environmental ethos and is committed to achieving positive outcomes for all members of the community.

I’ve been involved in a variety of projects across New Zealand which at times has been challenging, but not overwhelming; I know if I get stuck that the support is there and help is just a shoulder-tap away.

4Sight has a friendly and welcoming culture where everyone feels very connected to one another. The wealth of experience and knowledge across the team is unparalleled and inspires me to continue learning - I don’t know where else I’d be!"

"At 4Sight, I have access to a variety of internal and external training opportunities. These include weekly internal discussions and sessions as part of my Young Planners Group and additional fortnightly Environmental Services discussions and training sessions. These sessions and discussions cover topics such as consultant skills, leadership management and development, client and business development skills, technical capability and project delivery skills.

Additionally, 4Sight encourages participation in external training courses and conferences such as the NZPI conferences and courses, and any other courses or conferences that may be of interest to you."

Britney Ford, Graduate Environmental and Planning Consultant

“Joining 4Sight is one of the best decision I’ve every made. Training was important to help me transition from a student to a Landscape Architect. This included using software, learning relative regulations, project management, etc. My team manager and other members in my team taught me a lot during this period.

It is a truly warm company because people care about me as a person and about my professional growth and personal development too."

"I joined the 4Sight team in 2018 and haven’t looked back since. During my time here, I have been immersed into a wide variety of planning projects which have both helped develop my skills as a planner as well as continued to drive my passion for planning.  One of the most invaluable resources at 4Sight is the breadth of experience and knowledge held within the team and the ongoing support and learning opportunities that this provides. 4Sight takes its values very seriously, and it is truly awesome to be part of a team that thrives together to ensure we are all reaching the best outcomes for ourselves, our colleagues, and our clients."
