Providing planning assistance for a 36 Residential Multi-Unit Townhouse development in inner-city Dunedin.
This is one of the largest inner-city developments Dunedin has seen, and 4Sight prepared the land use consent for the multi-unit development and 36 lot free-hold subdivision consent. We also prepared the regional consent and district consent for remediating a contaminated site.
The complex design includes six main blocks of architecturally designed residential townhouses on a site previously used for industrial activity. It has been thoughtfully designed to integrate with the existing residential streetscape and the surrounding recreation reserve.
Overall, this new high-quality townhouse development represents much needed residential growth for inner-city Dunedin, and we are excited to see it come to fruition.
