customer oriented, delivery focussed, and highly organised, Kate is excellent at solving problems.
Joining the 4Sight team in January 2022, Kate is in our Property team and works closely alongside our Director of Property Services, Brad Clarke.
Her previous experience includes working in the property division of Auckland Transport for almost five years as both an Acquisition and Technical Specialist. While in her current role, she is responsible for general property consultancy and assisting clients in maximising the value of their property assets to achieve balanced outcomes.
Kate got into property purely by chance, but as fate would have it, she enjoys it and feels she is now in her element. She continues to stay in the industry as she is always learning something new, and each day is different.
Kate loves to give back, and when her brother was younger, he was involved in an accident where he required a blood transfusion. This inspired Kate to start donating blood on a regular basis and she has since graduated to donating plasma every month. In December 2021, she celebrated completing her 50th donation.
Her children are all grown up and scattered now, so when she's not in the office, you can find her spending quality time with them. She also likes cooking, good wine, catching up with friends, and walking her dogs along the beautiful coastline of Maraetai in Auckland.
