Megan enjoys fostering strong client / stakeholder relationships and gets satisfaction from achieving the best possible results for her clients.

Megan joined the 4Sight team in March 2021 as a Senior Planning Consultant based in our Northland office.

Megan has worked across various projects in both the private and public sectors, including resource consenting, policy work and stakeholder engagement, and is interested in coastal and freshwater projects, specifically looking at the interface between water and the built environment.

With a Bachelor in Social Science from the University of Waikato, majoring in Environmental Planning and Geography, Megan has spent the last three years working in the UK managing marine consents on a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project on the River Thames. Prior to this, she was working for an environmental and engineering consultancy in Wellington.

Megan grew up in Northland and chose to pursue a career in environmental planning because of her love for New Zealand's natural environment. She now returns to her Northland roots after 13 years away.

When she's not in the office or out in the field, Megan enjoys yoga and spending time on the coast – fishing, paddle boarding, and exploring.
