Mike joined 4Sight in April 2019 as a Senior Property Consultant based in Dunedin. With degrees in Law and Psychology from Otago University, Mike’s role includes conducting site acquisition, contractual negotiation, relationship management, problem-solving, property management and other property related matters, with a focus on the telecommunications industry.

 

Prior to his time at 4Sight, Mike was in a short-term policy and projects position at Dunedin City Council and before this, he practised as a lawyer for top firms and at a major financial institution in both New Zealand and Australia for 11 years. Throughout his career, he has specialised in contract advice, risk management, being a trusted advisor, and stakeholder/relationship management. Needless to say, we are thrilled to have his legal advisory and project coordination expertise on board to help lead our clients through their property matters.

 

He grew up in a southern rural town and has an immense appreciation and love for the outdoors, understanding how important it is to sustain and protect our environment. Now living in Dunedin, he and his family regularly venture to the mountains and lakes of Central Otago and to the amazing Otago beaches and coastline. A keen Highlanders fan, he also writes and publishes children’s books to entertain his kids in his spare time.
