Mikah joined the 4Sight team in September 2019 as the Operations Manager.

 

With broad work experience and skillsets across SAAS and Software Development, IT, Business Development and Hospitality, Mikah’s previous roles have been varied including being a professional chef.

 

Within 4Sight he is responsible for providing operational leadership, working closely with 4Sight’s Directors, Finance Manager, Regional Managers, and Group Managers. He also leads the Business Support team and has various other responsibilities across the business including property, insurance, IT, HR, QA, and key supplier relationships.

 

He strongly believes that a lack of planning and oversight can cause unwanted, unexpected and disastrous results. Thinking and acting with forethought, plus working collaboratively with 4Sight, towards a better, brighter future is something he wants to be a part of.

 

He loves to keep fit and healthy through Crossfit and is also a CrossFit Level 1 Coach.
