Do you have: 
  • Minimum 1-2 years office experience

  • Great attention to detail

  • The ability to multitask

  • Intermediate-advanced experience using Microsoft Office 365

  • Experience using OpenAir (NetSuite)

  • Work Flow Max experience is preferred but not necessary

  • The drive to help and support the daily operation of our Wellington office

We're looking for a driven individual with a good attitude who believes in better and has a keen interest in the operation and day-to-day running of a professional services business.

This role will assist our professional services teams with the setup of projects, assist with new client/contact set up, assist with invoicing process, deal with any queries around the status of projects, and system administration. You will become the first point of contact for OpenAir in the Wellington Office.

You will also be responsible for contributing to the smooth running of the national and regional offices and administration systems. With a particular focus on document formatting and records management. You will be required to be proactive and offer administrative assistance to our offices nationwide.
