Do you have: 
  • Minimum 1-2 years office experience

  • Great attention to detail

  • The drive to help and support the daily operation of our Tauranga office

  • The ability to multitask

  • Intermediate - advanced experience using Microsoft Office 365

  • Experience using OpenAir (NetSuite)

  • Work Flow Max experience is preferred but not necessary

  • A can-do attitude

We're looking for a driven individual, with a good attitude who believes in better and has a keen interest in the operation and day-to-day running of a professional services business.

This role will be 20 hours per week, assisting our professional services teams with the setup of projects, assisting with new client/contact set up, assisting with the invoicing process, dealing with any queries around the status of projects, and system administration. You will become the first contact point for OpenAir for the Tauranga and Hamilton Office.

You will also be responsible for contributing to the smooth running of the national and regional offices and administration systems. With a particular focus on document formatting and records management. You will be required to be proactive and offer administration assistance to our offices nationwide.
