People are at the heart of everything we do, and we firmly believe that as a business, we’re only as good as our people and it’s the people who set us apart from the competition. That’s why we don’t just look for talented people; we seek out experts who share this vision and believe that the best solutions are the ones that meet the needs of our land, people and water.

The successful candidate will report to (and be the right-hand person to) our Operations Manager and will have proven experience in overseeing a wide range of office and administration services in a professional setting. A vital part of this role is the day to day management of key suppliers such as telecommunications, IT, fleet and travel, ensuring that the business needs are being met and maintaining strong relationships with our valued suppliers. There are also broader aspects to the role, including supporting the Marketing and Talent teams with onboarding and culture development and being involved with team and workplace culture events that boost engagement and morale. You will be required to provide review and input into operational processes and assist with the implementation of these. This will include process improvements to enhance service delivery, internal operations, and the integration of new business units and offices.
As part of the 4Sight - Part of SLR Business Support team, the Office Manager has an Administrator who reports to them and the role also works closely with the People and Marketing teams.
