Office Manager

Do you have: 
  • Extensive office/administration management experience, preferably in a professional services environment

  • Experience organising events and large meetings

  • Experience with facilities management and/or establishing new offices

  • Outstanding relationship management and communication skills

  • Exceptional customer-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism

  • Experience developing systems and processes and implementing new technology solutions

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)

  • People leadership experience would be desirable

  • Ability to embrace change and process improvement, and ask "what if..."

We have a great opportunity for a skilled Office Manager to join us for a 12 month fixed term to cover for a period of parental leave.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day non-professional service elements of 4Sight’s operations. You will be ensuring that efficient support and suitable processes are implemented to continue to develop 4Sight’s market reputation as a great company to do business with, and to drive revenue growth and profitability, in accordance with our Purpose and Values.

You will contend with ever changing requests from all our offices up and down the country and interact with every team within the business right up to senior management and Directors. No two days will be the same, and this role will see you using your honed administration and document production skills one minute, and then turning your attention to managing the maintenance schedules for our office facilities, ordering the morning tea catering supplies, or procuring the appropriate IT equipment.

There will be a requirement for people leadership, particularly the ability to delegate appropriately within this role, as the Office Manager, manages our Administration Assistants currently based in our Auckland and Wellington offices.

The key things that will be happening over the next 12 months will be managing our two company-wide events, organising office renovations or moves to new offices in some of our regions, gathering data for one of our key annual reporting cycles, and driving process improvements across the Business Support team.
