Olivia Neame Banner.png

Olivia has always been interested in how humans interact with urban and rural spaces. As a planner, she believes it's her role to make this interaction more positive for communities and the environment.

Olivia started with the 4Sight team in September 2021 as a Planning and Policy Consultant based in our Wellington office.

With a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Geography and minoring in Sociology) and a Master of Planning, prior to her time at 4Sight, Olivia worked for a land development company and, before that, was an intern then Undergraduate Planner at WSP.

In her current role, she works closely alongside our Planning and Policy Team, assisting with resource consents, specifically processing consents on behalf of councils and preparing consents for 4Sight's clients.

She is an Intermediate Member of the New Zealand Planning Institute and initially became a Planner because she knew it would enable her to care for the environment. Something she considered to be vitally important when choosing a career path.

When she's not in the office, Olivia enjoys knitting and baking and having grown up in beautiful Otago, she also loves getting outdoors which has led her to be involved in tree planting days in the past. She has recently moved to Wellington and is really enjoying everything the windy city has to offer, including its live music and thriving café scene.
