WITH A WIDE RANGE OF EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD, ALICE'S MAIN PRIORITY IS CARING FOR AND PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT
Alice started with 4Sight in early 2018 and has since been involved in numerous projects across several teams. With a degree in Science from the University of Otago, specialising in Ecology and Zoology, Alice's previous experience includes watercourse assessments, stream ecological valuations, riparian planting, species monitoring and translocations.
Prior to her time at 4Sight, Alice was working at the Waikato Regional Council in the policy team assisting with the Regional Plan and Coastal Plan reviews, in turn giving her an understanding of resource management and consenting. Her adaptability has enabled her to seamlessly transition into working alongside the Environmental Risk and Safety team and assist them with asbestos monitoring and clearance reporting.
From volunteering on Tiritiri Matangi as an island guide, helping out with community planting days or getting outdoors on the weekend tramping, running and exploring new places, Alice's passion for the environment is present in all aspects of her life.
