WITH A PRAGMATIC APPROACH TO ENVIRONMENTAL DEVELOPMENT, ANDREW ALWAYS STRIVES FOR THE BEST SOLUTION AND OUTCOME
Having recently returned to New Zealand after working for the United Nations Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade at the Permanent Mission of New Zealand in New York, Andrew is currently working in the 4Sight Planning and Policy team where he contributes a broad range of capabilities and experience.
Andrew has worked for both small and large-scale companies gaining exposure to environmental planning across a wide range of development projects including land use, transport planning and network utilities.
One of Andrew’s first roles was assisting with the Ultra-Fast Broadband roll-out across the Auckland region. He has now taken on a key role in working with The Rural Connectivity Group on the Rural Broadband Initiative 2 and the Mobile Black Spot fund. Through this process, Andrew has developed an in depth understanding of the National Environmental Standards for Telecommunication Facilities as well as a sound knowledge of district plans from across the country.
