CONSULTANT BY DAY, IRONMAN IN HIS SPARE TIME, JEROME APPLIES THE SAME LEVEL OF ENERGY AND COMMITMENT TO BOTH
Jerome is an energetic, extremely focused member of the team who never seems to stop. He provides policy and planning services to private sector, local government and central government clients. Jerome has more than 9 years of planning experience and has worked in local government, central government and the private sector.
Some of his recent work has seen him act on behalf of Wellington Council to advise on and coordinate their statutory response to the design and construction phase of the Transmission Gully highway. He's also working alongside another council to manage a complex waste water consent variation and to help finalise their Freshwater proposal.
On the central government side of his work, Jerome is currently involved in the RMA reforms which involves policy advice, Ministerial briefings and leading a range of RMA plan review and evaluation projects.
Jerome also works with a large number of private sector clients. He is currently the Wellington Lead Planner for Two Degrees Mobile, where he works with councils and district plans across the country to provide efficient resource consent acquisition.
After starting his planning career at the Auckland Regional Council, Jerome worked for the Ministry for the Environment and was heavily involved in the 2009 amendments to the RMA before moving into to the private sector.
