MARGUERITE HAS BUILT HER CAREER AROUND PROMOTING CLEAN SOIL AND WATER FOR CURRENT AND FUTURE GENERATIONS
Marguerite is a Senior Environmental Scientist with seven years experience in environmental contamination investigation and mitigation. Her qualifications include a Master of Science (Hons) from the University of Auckland. She majored in Environmental Science, studying the assessment and management of contaminated sites and water quality. In 2009 she completed her thesis on heavy metal contamination in Antarctic soil and water.
She specialises in contaminant chemistry, with a focus on contaminant exposure pathways. Her broad and valuable experience includes soil and water contamination investigation techniques, resource management, and Resource Management Act processes. Remediation is another field close to her heart.
Marguerite is a natural problem solver (not surprisingly considering her field of expertise). She is both a team member and a mentor, as required. She is highly motivated to expand her professional development and growth. Marguerite is adaptive, pragmatic, resilient, someone who takes ownership of her projects and committed to achieving environmental best outcomes.
