A BORN PROBLEM SOLVER, ANGELA HAS A PASSION FOR NUMBERS WHICH HAS RESULTED IN, WHAT SHE FEELS WILL BE, A LIFELONG CAREER IN ACCOUNTING

 

Angela started at 4Sight in July 2018 and is already an integral member of the team.

Working closely with 4Sight’s Directors, Angela is responsible for the day to day non-professional service elements of 4Sight’s operation. She provides input into strategic planning processes and assists with the implementation of these processes to ensure quality assurance and process improvements. She also oversees all financial functions of the business, including but not limited to, monthly and yearly accounts, monthly fees, cash flow, payroll, financial forecasting, financial reporting, procurement, supplier management, asset management and the preparation of monthly board papers.

Having studied Finance and Accounting at Auckland University, she’s always had a passion for numbers and problem solving which has resulted in, what she feels will be, a lifelong career in Accounting. And with an appreciation for the work we do here at 4Sight, she is intent on helping us make the best financial decisions we can to achieve sustainable, balanced business outcomes.

Caroline Attwooll

OUR HIGHLY ORGANISED AUCKLAND BASED OFFICE MANAGER, CAROLINE KEEPS US RUNNING LIKE CLOCKWORK 

 

Caroline is a friendly, popular member of the 4Sight team. As Office Manager, she is responsible for maintaining the IT and Telecom structure and the procurement of electronic goods, plus assisting with all website maintenance, induction, orientation, travel, event management and the general welfare of all staff.

 

Caroline is the Quality Assurance Coordinator, making sure all external documents follow the 4Sight Quality Assurance standard and she also monitors and records 4Sight's monthly emissions as part of our CEMARS accreditation. Proficient in Adobe and MS Suite including Project and Visio, Caroline is also CS-VUE™ trained and spends a large portion of her time directly supporting the Chief Financial Officer and Accounts Team to help keep things running smoothly.

MONIQUE IS APPROACHABLE, LEVEL HEADED AND HIGHLY ORGANISED WITH A GENUINE INTEREST IN THE 4SIGHT TEAMS WELL BEING

As the Talent and Culture Business Partner at 4Sight, Monique’s role is to ensure 4Sight’s culture and people are given the opportunities they need to grow and develop in accordance with the company’s vision, mission and values.

With a customer focused attitude, high level of professionalism and an understanding that work plays a massive role in people’s lives, she is intent on maintaining our positive, upbeat culture daily and upholding our ‘work life balance’ work ethic.

Monique understands the team dynamic, and is therefore invaluable when it comes to inducting new staff and implementing company-wide processes.

She has a Masters Degree in Environmental Science and experience in technical science roles, giving her a sound knowledge of the environmental planning industry and an overall understanding of the challenges that face our team on a daily basis. This, combined with her previous role in a Human Resources agency and her passion for the great outdoors, means she is ideally suited to the Talent and Culture Business Partner role.

BUILDING SUCCESSFUL BRANDS & RELATIONSHIPS DRIVES REBEKAH, WHILST HER PASSION FOR MARKETING MEANS SHE IS CONTINUOUSLY STRIVING TO BE AT THE FOREFRONT OF MARKETING TRENDS

With a strong background in direct marketing and media, Rebekah’s strengths lie in brand and relationship management, targeted campaigns, website design and analysis, customer behaviour analysis, and graphic design.

She joined the 4Sight team in mid 2018 and has been working alongside its directors, the administration team and the wider 4Sight team to achieve its marketing and branding needs ever since.

With over 9 years’ experience in the marketing game, Rebekah’s previous experience includes working as an Account Manager for a marketing and loyalty strategy consultancy where she managed the day to day operations for some of New Zealand’s biggest retail, corporate and financial loyalty brands. Part of this day to day management included designing web and marketing campaigns, managing web content and design, and delivering insightful and engaging reports and communications to meet the needs of her clients.

She is a confident communicator with an eye for detail and is a skilled copywriter. Fun fact - she previously wrote weather scripts for TV3’s morning news show Firstline. Her understanding of Google Analytics and identifying marketing trends in her previous roles has also enabled her to successfully produce marketing reviews, analytical and financial reports and targeted production of direct marketing materials.

Having been brought up in a family who strongly believed in keeping New Zealand beautiful and leaving places as you found them, 4Sight was a natural fit for Rebekah. And when she’s not at the beach, bush walking or snowboarding in winter, she’s most likely thinking about her next marketing campaign and how 4Sight can continue to encourage and provide balanced, sustainable solutions for its clients.

PROBLEM SOLVER, EXCELLENT NUMERICAL ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND AN AVID LOVER OF RACKET SPORTS… ESPECIALLY BADMINTON AND TENNIS

Working closely alongside our Finance Manager, Sheldon joined the 4Sight team in March 2019 as an Accounts Administrator.

With a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting and Finance, his role is to assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, bank reconciliations, monthly invoicing, and to ensure financial transactions are prepared, recorded and authorised accurately and on time.

He joins the 4Sight team having worked at PB Tech where he worked as an Accounts Clerk in the Finance team, undertaking daily reconciliations and financial transactions, as well as a number of other financial administration tasks. He has also previously worked as a Project Coordinator and an Office Administrator, which has enabled him to build excellent problem-solving skills, fantastic attention to numerical detail and great time management skills.

Sheldon is an easy-going guy who enjoys 4Sight’s diverse culture and fun working environment. He especially loves working for a company whose views on sustainability and protecting this beautiful country of ours are in line with his own.

When he’s not crunching numbers, you can find him playing badminton or tennis, travelling the country or camping in the great outdoors.

Accounts Administrator

A UNIQUE COMBINATION OF CREATIVITY AND NUMBER SAVVY, VANESSA’S RANGE OF SKILLS ARE BROAD

Vanessa has a broad range of experience in both office management and Interior Design, and is responsible for the day to day maintenance of our 4Sight Offices across New Zealand. She also forms part of our events team, contributing to both Internal and External events when required.

Having previously owned and managed a home staging & interior design business, she has a real eye for detail and ensures that our office aesthetic is always consistent. She also holds a Diploma in Design.

Like all of us here at 4Sight, she has a passion for the outdoors and likes to get out and about to explore her surroundings. She loves riding her electric bike and tries to ride it as much as possible to cut down on emissions.
