PHIL APPRECIATES THE INTEGRAL ROLE THAT PLANNING PLAYS IN SHAPING OUR FUTURE ENVIRONMENT, AND HE REALLY ENJOYS THE PROCESS OF LIAISING WITH CLIENTS AND OTHER PROFESSIONALS IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THE BEST POSSIBLE LONG-TERM OUTCOMES.

Phil joined the 4Sight team in August 2019 as a Planning and Policy Consultant within the Planning and Policy Team. In this role, he applies his resource consent and project management expertise to assist with the day-to-day delivery of planning and policy services.

 

Having graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Planning (Hons) Degree, Phil has worked in the planning consultancy environment for the past two years. He has previously provided planning assistance for a number of commercial clients across a broad range of sectors and has experience in preparing and lodging resource consent applications, providing preliminary planning advice to clients, assisting with formal plan change submissions, and processing resource consent applications on behalf of Auckland Council.

 

Phil appreciates the integral role that planning plays in shaping our future environment, and he really enjoys the process of liaising with clients and other professionals in order to achieve the best possible long term outcomes.

 

Outside of work, he enjoys playing football, going for runs, and playing golf with friends. He is also a member of the Remuera Toastmasters Club, where he practises presenting and writing speeches on a regular basis.
