Do you have:
-
Previous experience in a Project Admin role or similar
-
Experience with NetSuite, OpenAir and/or Deltek Vantage Point would be helpful
-
Experience in a professional services environment is desirable

Good understanding of project management principles and success factors

Proven experience of successful stakeholder management

Ability to work collaboratively with technical people, and a broad range of disciplines

Strong attention to detail and ability to keep to deadlines

Now we're part of SLR Consulting, our growth continues, and we are seeking two skilled Project Administrators to assist our busy professional services teams manage their projects efficiently! Both roles will be based in Auckland.
In these roles you will be assisting our professional services teams with project management support, including project creation, ensuring project budgets are documented, invoice drafting and submission, project related travel & expenses, sub-contractors and reporting so that Projects are successfully delivered within their budgets. You will be a keen systems user and will be the first point of contact for any queries on our project management and timesheet systems, working closely with our Finance team to ensure that client and contract details are correct.
A key function of this role will be to train and educate our teams on the use of our business systems to provide consistency and efficiencies, and you will be able to identify and manage process improvements where needed. Lastly, these roles will be the Team/Discipline Business System Champion and be the interface between the professional services teams and Business Support/Operations.
