Razia Rahman 

Razia joined 4Sight in April 2023 as a Finance Manager in the Finance team, based in the Auckland office. Razia manages the finance function and reporting of our business performance to the New Zealand management team and APAC. Her role provides input into strategic planning processes and collaborative process improvements to enhance service delivery and profitability, and integration of acquired business units. 

 

Razia is experienced in financial planning and reporting, business transformation, project management, ERP implementation, management consulting, change management and people management. Following an Accounting and Management undergraduate degree, Razia studied further to become a qualified Chartered Accountant and also completed a Masters in Professional Business specialising in international business, business sustainability, organisational change and advanced human resource management. 

 

Previously Razia has led the finance function and project management within professional services, financial services, e-commerce and telcos, and worked for a range of companies including PwC New Zealand, Datacom, WorldFront, MyRepublic Ltd and Suncorp. 

 

Razia believes that as a company we are contributing to the environmental integrity and continuing to add value to our ecosystem. She is committed to embracing future opportunities to enhance 4Sight’s environmental and business performance. 

 

In her spare time, Razia enjoys travelling and exploring new cities and countries. She is an absolute foodie and loves to create fusion cuisine. She also spends her down time helping communities, and was recently involved in volunteering with the Red Cross, Starship Hospital, and Child Cancer Foundation.
