We’re committed to finding the best people in the industry to help guide our company into the future, because it’s the people that make us who we are and set us apart from the competition.
As a Senior Property Consultant, you will have consolidated your technical skills and will be applying technical leadership internally and externally to 4Sight. You will be known for your innovative approach to problem solving, contractual negotiation, property management and other such matters. You will successfully apply your project management skills to a range of contractual arrangements.
Technical work will initially focus on site acquisition across New Zealand in the Renewable Energy and Telecommunication Sectors, with specific training being provided out of the Auckland Office. It is expected that this role will eventually focus on North Island projects, though this will be subject to market demands.
In addition to the delivery of technical work, you will also be responsible for contributing to the growth and development of the Property Team in accordance with the company’s values. This will involve assisting with developing our market reputation, revenue growth, and the capability of the Property Team itself. A key theme we wish to develop is the ethos of delivery of pragmatic solutions to environmental, planning and property problems, and first rate customer service.
It is essential that you be able to work independently and have experience working in rural environments, with the ability to travel within NZ.
