Thomas Trevilla
Thomas strives to help clients achieve their goals for consenting and policy planning, while balancing the outcomes for our natural environment, built environment and communities.
Thomas joined 4Sight in October 2022 as a Planner in the Planning team based in our Auckland office.
Thomas has a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning (First Class Honours) and previously worked at Barker & Associates and Babbage Consultants where he gained a wide range of experience across land development and subdivision (residential, industrial and mixed use), regional consenting, stakeholder consultation, and plan changes.
His key projects prior to 4Sight ranged from consenting high-quality community housing to supporting the application for New Zealand’s first Energy from Waste Plant. He is also experienced in processing a variety of resource consent applications for councils.
Beyond his day-to-day role, Thomas is actively involved in volunteering, progressing the planning profession, and supporting the professional development of young planners. He also has a keen interest in the ever-changing landscape of resource management law and governance.
Outside of the office, Thomas is a keen photographer and enjoys exploring cities and landscapes with a camera by his side.
