Tim has extensive experience working with and leading multi-disciplinary consultant teams to achieve sustainable development outcomes.
Tim joined the 4Sight team in February 2021 to lead the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects in the land development sector and provide principal level planning advice and solutions. Tim has 24 years of planning and resource management experience, with a diverse background in local authority and consultancy work, a strong working knowledge of planning in New Zealand and an extensive professional network.
Tim has particular expertise in the delivery of complex consenting projects and private plan changes. He has extensive experience working with and leading multi-disciplinary project teams and is skilled in minimising risk and achieving robust environmental outcomes using collaborative project approaches. Tim is skilled in developing forward-thinking and cost-effective strategies for resource consents and managing multiple consenting processes and the associated workstreams, timelines and budgets. Tim is an excellent communicator and is skilled at building effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, with a track record of working successfully with statutory authorities, community groups and iwi.
Tim is currently involved in leading and advising on a variety of residential and commercial development projects, private plan changes and residential and countryside living subdivisions for a range of clients. Tim also has a strong track record of achieving resource consents for a variety of infrastructure projects.
